We don't just build WordPress sites.
We ship WordPress plugins.

How we build for WooCommerce
Five different plugins. One non-negotiable house style.
Self-hosted, always
Every plugin runs on your own database. No rented dashboard, no price hike that isn't yours to control.
Money is never a float
Every amount Chala or Poth touches is an integer. A rounding bug in real payments isn't a risk we take.
HPOS-native, not patched
Built against WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage from the start — never touching the legacy posts table.
GPL, readable, on WordPress.org
Every line is auditable. No commercial licence hiding what the plugin actually does with your store's data.

Nishchoyনিশ্চয় — Bengali for "certainly"
Reviews that build buyer certainty
Self-hosted WooCommerce reviews with photos, verified buyers, and schema — on your store, no monthly SaaS fee.
No trial. No review caps. No phone-home.
Photo reviews & star breakdowns
Customers upload images. Shoppers filter by rating, photos, or verified purchases.
Verified buyers from WooCommerce
HPOS-safe order checks. Badges appear automatically — no spreadsheet rituals.
Review request emails
Scheduled reminders after fulfillment, with store-owner controls you can trust.
SEO schema that plays nice
Review markup without fighting Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO, or SEOPress.
Your reviews live in your database. Not a rented dashboard. Exports are instant, GDPR tools are native, and a SaaS price hike is never your problem.
Switching in is a one-click import. Bring reviews over from Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, or Stamped instead of starting your star ratings from zero.
The free plugin is the real plugin. Pro adds growth tools for less than a coffee a month, or once and forever.

Uttorউত্তর — Bengali for "answer"
Be the answer AI gives shoppers
The first Answer Engine Optimization plugin built for WooCommerce — get products cited by ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
Self-hosted. No monthly SaaS fee. Ever.
Complete Product & Offer schema
Name, image, brand, SKU, GTIN, price, availability, condition — per Google Merchant Center guidelines.
ProductGroup for variable products
Proper hasVariant linking for every variation — the single biggest gap generic SEO plugins leave on WooCommerce.
AI crawler controls
Granular per-bot toggles in robots.txt for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and 15+ others.
llms.txt generation
Auto-generated at your site root, listing products, categories, and key policy pages in LLM-friendly format.
Handoff, not competition. Detects Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO, or SEOPress and fills their gaps — verified live, zero duplicate schema.
Bring your own key. Pro's AI features run on an API key you supply. We never proxy your requests through our own servers.
Against Alli AI, Rank Math, and Yoast
Every other AEO tool targets blogs. None of them are built for a WooCommerce catalog.
| Feature | Uttor | Alli AI, Rank Math, and Yoast |
|---|---|---|
| Woo-native | Yes | No / Partial |
| Variable product handling | ProductGroup | No / Partial |
| AI crawler controls | Granular | Basic |
| llms.txt generation | Yes | No (mostly) |
| Pricing | $79/yr flat | Monthly SaaS or bundled |
Everything above runs on your own site. Pro is a separate, optional plugin — never a crippled free tier.

Chalaচলা — Bengali for "to keep moving"
Subscriptions that keep the revenue you already won
Gateway-agnostic recurring billing — Stripe, PayPal, and manual renewal free, with five more gateways in Pro.
Every amount is an integer. Every webhook is idempotent.
Recover the payments that fail
Most failed renewals are expired cards, not customers leaving — Chala retries them properly instead of giving up after one try.
See what is actually happening
MRR and churn, shown plainly, instead of buried in a WooCommerce orders table.
Let customers move between plans
Upgrade, downgrade, or pause without a support ticket or a manual refund.
Give people a reason to stay
Built-in retention tools for the moment someone's about to cancel.
Money is never a floating-point number. Every amount is handled as an integer. A rounding bug in someone's subscription billing is not a bug we're willing to risk.
A webhook that arrives twice charges once. Payment webhooks are idempotent by design — gateways retry, and a duplicate delivery should never mean a duplicate charge.
"Don't know" is not "declined". An ambiguous gateway response gets treated as ambiguous, not silently written off as a failed payment.
Against WooCommerce Subscriptions
WooCommerce Subscriptions is a good plugin. These are the differences that actually decide it.
| Feature | Chala | WooCommerce Subscriptions |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Free, or $99/yr for Pro | $199/year |
| Payment gateways | Eight, none of them ours | Steers you to WooPayments |
| HPOS | Native — never touches the posts table | Supported |
| Source | GPL, readable, on WordPress.org | Commercial licence |
The free plugin is genuinely free: no feature is crippled, no limit is artificial, and it will not nag you.

Pothপথ — Bengali for "path"
The path from cart to conversion, built in blocks
Multi-step checkout, order bumps, and one-click post-purchase upsells — block-native, at half the price of CartFlows.
Free forever on unlimited sites. Nothing is deleted if a licence lapses.
Multi-step checkout
Built for WooCommerce's Cart and Checkout blocks first, not retrofitted onto a shortcode-era layout.
An order bump above the pay button
Added straight into the cart, so tax and shipping recalculate correctly — not a fixed add-on tacked onto the total.
One-click post-purchase upsells
No card re-entry, and it physically cannot charge twice — a decline costs the customer nothing.
A checkout field editor & five templates
Plus a thank-you page you actually built, and conversion analytics that aren't a separate plugin.
Nobody sees a button that can't work. Poth checks which gateway a customer paid with before showing a one-click upsell — if it can't be safely charged again, the upsell doesn't appear.
Four things Poth refuses to do. No fabricated social proof, no fake stock counters, no dead decline links, and recovery emails send through your own server — never a third-party SaaS.
A broken Poth still takes the order. If the upsell step fails for any reason, checkout completes anyway. A funnel builder should never be the reason a sale is lost.
Against CartFlows
The incumbent, and the plugin most people are leaving when they find this one.
| Feature | Poth | CartFlows |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Free, or $99/yr for Pro | $299/year |
| Cart & Checkout Blocks | Built for them first | Retrofitted onto a shortcode-era plugin |
| Order bump pricing | Into the cart — tax & shipping recalculate | Varies |
| Subscription upsells | Yes, through Chala | No |
| Fabricated social proof | Not offered | Offered |
| Source | GPL, readable, on WordPress.org | Commercial licence |
Personal Pro includes every feature. The tiers above it buy sites and support, not capability.

Milanমিলন — Bengali for "a coming together"
Every marketplace you sell on, agreeing on one number
Multi-channel inventory sync for WooCommerce — stock, listings, and orders kept in step with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and Walmart. Woo stays the source of truth.
Shopify free forever. Nothing about your catalogue leaves your server.
Shopify sync, completely
Push WooCommerce stock to Shopify and read it back so you can see exactly where the two disagree — one channel done properly, not five done badly enough to force an upgrade.
Product mapping that refuses to guess
Map by hand, or auto-map by SKU. Any SKU that's blank or appears twice on either side is skipped and reported, never matched on a best-effort basis.
Order import that leaves customers alone
Marketplace orders become WooCommerce orders, HPOS-native. Customers are matched by email and created when absent — an existing record is never modified.
Webhooks that cannot double-process
Every inbound event is recorded under a unique key before anything happens. A marketplace retry collides with its own earlier delivery and gets a 200 that does nothing.
Every stock write is a compare-and-swap. Each mapping carries a version number, so two sales landing in the same second can't both succeed against stale numbers — the loser retries against the new value instead of overwriting it. Reserved buffers hold the last unit or two back per channel for the same reason.
Nothing is synced from a checkout hook. Every channel operation runs as a background job, so a marketplace that's slow, rate-limiting, or down cannot make your own checkout slow. One rate limiter, shared by every channel, respects every retry-after header it's given.
It will not guess, and it will not phone home. A confident guess on a mapping means one product's stock lands on another product's listing — so Milan reports the ambiguity instead. No telemetry, no analytics, no remote asset: the only outbound requests are to the marketplaces you connected yourself.
Against hosted sync services
Sellbrite, Codisto, and CedCommerce are what most stores compare this with — structural differences, not a price quote that goes stale.
| Feature | Milan | hosted sync services |
|---|---|---|
| Where your catalogue lives | Your database. Nothing is uploaded. | Their servers, synced from your store. |
| If you stop paying | Pro features stop; every mapping stays. | The service stops syncing and your data goes with it. |
| Pricing shape | A flat yearly licence. | Usually per-order or per-SKU tiers that grow with you. |
| Reading the code | GPL, on WordPress.org, auditable. | Closed. |
The free plugin is Shopify, complete — not five channels crippled until you pay. Personal Pro adds every other marketplace and every capability.
The Nishchoy family
Built as one suite, not five coincidences
Nishchoy Reviews, Uttor AEO, Chala Subscriptions, Poth Checkout, and Milan Inventory Sync, together. They're built to work as one: Milan tells Uttor which channels have a product in stock so the schema stays truthful, pauses a Chala renewal for something out of stock everywhere, keeps Poth from upselling what you can't ship, and can bring Amazon and Etsy reviews into Nishchoy Reviews.
$449/ year
vs. $625 bought separately
